As you can see from what you have just read, there are MANY flaws in what this court has Ruled and they are:

1.       The Federal Government has Marijuana listed as having NO medical Value. Medical Science has proven it is of Value I.E. the IOM Report page 107

2.       This was NOT an illegal drug under I-692 Medical Marijuana law. ( Washington State )

3.       Without the use of Medical Marijuana I will go into PAIN Convulsions 10-24+ times PER DAY that make me leave the ground then pass out due to UNCONTROLLABLE SUFFERING.

4.       Basic Human Rights are not being noticed all due to this being about ( Medical Marijuana )

 

Under these facts we ask that everyone see how the Federal Government is now going to force people out of there homes and steal their lives from them all because they are not forcing (Crimes) onto the sick. No there just taking away homes with no-recourse for people!
