I was given a choice to take a plea deal and everything in my case would be closed with me having no more to worry about. But when I opened my center it was to help people & if I were to take a deal then how would that be helping anyone but my self and my family. The Patients would get nothing!
So I did NOT take the deal and here is what is at stake and what was offered;
I am facing four felonies to where I would spend the rest of my life in Jail OR I could have taken their deal of dropping everything to ONE mistermeaner of having less then one ounce with NO jail time and NO court charges plus I could STILL SUE FOR DAMAGES!
I told them NO DEAL and to Bring on the Jury.
I'm planning on bring in the Mayor of Seattle, The head of the Health Dept. out of Tumwater, WA, and many other heavy hitters.
Background; I was raided on May 4th, and the Sheriff Office made the raid under RCW 69.50 During my evidentiary hearing, the Judge told the D.A. that I was protected under a different RCW law!
That law is RCW 69.51A.005 Even with this fact made in court, the D.A. now claims that no paperwork was signed by the C.I., during my arrest, the police came in and stole my paperwork that I have people sign when I help them.
The D.A. still wants to press this case as he knows there is a Civil case pending, and the only way they can save $3.5 Million in damages as well as for violating my rights under RCW 69.51A.005 Also the public pretender is NOT protecting my rights when it has been made clear by the judge that I was not in violation of RCW 60.50, and also I have Medical Marijuana missing that never made it to lock-up!, my pretender is doing nothing about this.
Also the Court & D.A. are in violation of the SECTION 12 SPECIAL PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES PROHIBITED. No law shall be passed granting to any citizen, class of citizens, or corporation other than municipal, privileges or immunities which upon the same terms shall not equally belong to all citizens, or corporations.
By allowing Medical Marijuana Farmers Markets & over 100 stores that sell Medical Marijuana to patients in King County, Seattle WA & not honoring that same right of immunities of arrest in other parts of the state this right of LAW is being violated and the Public Pretender is doing NOTHING about this violation of my rights, he say's even with Section 12 being part of law, he would not use it to protect me, and that I could just take that issue up during APPEAL!
Why should I have to wait to take up a matter later that would and SHOULD protect me now. If you live to far to come to the protest at the time of trial, please at least flood the phone at the courthouse about this case.
